A: Entree Express is a locally owned, restaurant delivery service! We deliver your favorite meals right to your home, office or hotel room in the Greater Chico Area.
A: No hidden or misleading fees are ever charged by Entree Express, only a $9 delivery fee per restaurant. The minimum food order is $10 before sales tax. A gratuity for your driver is appreciated, please consider their efforts.
A: Cash, credit cards and Entree Express gift cards are accepted. Please be prepared to show the credit card when your driver arrives.
A: Orders can be placed through our website, via our Chico Entree Express app, or directly with participating restaurants by phone.
A: Absolutely! If you would like to order from multiple restaurants the orders will have to be placed separately. The order minimum and delivery fee will apply per restaurant. Your order may or may not be delivered by the same driver, but we will try to coordinate times with each restaurant.
A: Please call our office at (530) 342-9791 and our staff will be happy to assist you. Gift Cards can be purchased in any amount, never expire, and are good on all Chico Entree Express orders. You will be given the option of picking up the gift card, receiving the gift card as an email, or we can deliver the card to you or the recipient. There is no charge for delivery on card(s) over $75. We are happy to send email recipients whatever message you like in the email, and for physical delivery we will fill out a note card (like sending flowers).
A: In order to place an order on our website, you will either need to use an existing account or make a new one. After you have chosen the restaurant and what food you'd like, continue to the checkout process and enter in all of your information. Then, for payment, enter the gift card number in as you would a regular credit card. Although gift cards never expire, please input something into the expiration section.
A: If there are any problems with your order, please call us at (530) 342-9791 or the restaurant within 15 minutes of the order being delivered. Once we verify the problem with the restaurant, we will immediately take the necessary steps to rectify the situation.
A: We do not sell or share your personal information or purchase history with anyone outside of Entree Express. Information can be provided to law enforcement at management discretion.
A: The state of California requires that disposables be specifically requested by customers. There is a section to request utensils on every restaurant page that has them available. When requested, utensils will be provided in proportion to the size and number of items in the order.
